Maintenance Requests
All requests go through TenantCloud — not by phone or text. For after-hours emergencies (water, gas, safety), call (210) 698-6900 directly.
Rent Payments
All rent must be paid through TenantCloud — no cash or check. ACH bank transfer is free. Credit card payments carry a 2.9% processing fee.
Moving Out
Notice requirements are governed by your lease and applicable law. Contact us for move-out instructions and notice requirements specific to your tenancy. Email leasing@eastwestgroup.io with your intended move-out date to get started.
No Modifications
Do not make external modifications — drilling, satellite dishes, cable runs, or structural changes — without written approval from EWG first.

Need your lease, addendum, or move-in inspection report? Email leasing@eastwestgroup.io and we'll get it to you promptly.
