Our team contacts your referred prospect directly and guides them through the application and leasing process.

You Earn $100 Off

Once your referral signs a lease and moves in, a $100 rent credit is applied to your account — automatically deducted from your next month's rent.

This program is exclusively for current EWG Properties residents with an active lease. Submit your referral using the form and we'll handle eligibility verification internally after submission.

Eligibility & Rules

You must be a current EWG Properties resident with an active lease at the time of submission.
The referred prospect must sign a lease and successfully move into an EWG Properties unit.
The referral must be for any property currently listed on the EWG Properties website.
The reward is a $100 rent credit only. No cash payouts will be issued.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit — each successful referral earns an additional $100 rent credit, stackable toward your next month's rent.
If the same prospect is referred by more than one resident, the first valid submission received will be credited.
Referrals must be submitted through this form. Verbal or informal referrals are not eligible.
All submissions are subject to internal eligibility verification by EWG Properties management.
This program ends April 20, 2026. Referrals must be submitted before that date to be eligible.
